 This may be old news, but I just found a DVD of the John Denver and the Muppets - A Christmas Together on a website called Stellar Products which has all kinds of DVDs of concerts, old TV shows, etc. I saw the link to the site on Amazon. The DVD was $12.00 and no shipping cost. I ordered it and figured I can't lose for $12.00 even if the quality is not that good.

Too bad that this show can't get released commercially. I think a lot of people would buy it. Whoever owns the rights is losing out.
