I may be late for this one, but I had a chace to rent the new Bewitched DVD today. Well, I won't say much since you guys complained about my last review of giving away to much, so I'll just say this movie was pretty cute. It certainly wasn't the original sitcom, but it was a pretty nice movie, especially Steve Carrell's portrayal of Uncle Arthur.

I'll give this movie about 3 stars.

My reccomendations: see the movie for the heck of it, but stick with the original series.

Acting, 3 of 5; screenplay[plot], -7 of 5; overall satisfaction, 1 of 5, and that was only because I saw it for free since there was a free pass in the season 1 DVD. Based on what happened with this film, I don't have much hope in the upcoming "Jeannie" film. I wonder if people even bother try to come up with original ideas anymore.
