Yup. One of the reasons I don't eat cake anymore. I used to just flip the piece of cake over so I wouldn't have to eat the frosting... but I got strange looks.

It's not bad, I mean I like cake and frosting seperatly, and I like them together, but sometimes it's too much. I guess it's all in how ya look at things.

Nah that's not strange. I don't like frosting very much unless I make it myself. I find it to be way too sweet, and overwhelming. If it's a store baught birthday cake I scrape off the frosting, what remaines on the cake after being scraped is plenty of sweet for me.
I like real whipped iceing anyway if I order a cake that's what a ask for.
