When Droop first appeared on "The Muppet Valentine Show" he seems to be wearing a light purple sweater-vest that possibly inspired the purple tuxedos for TMS, but whenever he appeared after that, his only attire was his fur. I sort of thought it made him stand out more from the other monsters, myself, but maybe he wasn't meant to be a main character anymore?

He certainly wasn't a main character anymore. He was just what you might call a perennial extra. From my DVDs the only time as far as I know thus far he was even called by name is by Ben Vereen just before he sings Imagination.

*nods* Other than that it was hard to tell who was performing him. And no, he didn't wear the sweater-vest in the episode.

Poor Droop.
