Downloading songs from "Songs from the Street"

Is there any site that has Songs From the Street to download? My disc 1 got ruined when the label peeled off, and now it won't play at all, and I don't don't want to waist money going to eBay and buying another entire set, just to get disc 1, so is there a site with these songs to download?

Someone might be able to make a copy for you and send it to you. It shouldnt be illegal since you already bought the CD.

This sounds like it falls well within "fair use" doesn't it? My "Hard Day's Night" DVD disc 2 cracked at the centre just taking it out of the case. Now what? If I copy it from my friend am I not well within my rights?

I don't want to start this discussion up again but you see my point!
