Downloading Sesame Street songs

at the website toughpigs.com, there are some song posted there. the lower case n song, capital I song, and nearly missed. i was thinking of downloding them and i asked there if it would be ok and the webmaster said yeas, but i don't know. i'm sure many of you have heard of theese horror staories about people downloding music off hte internet and getting into trouble for it. so what do you think?

My advice: go ahead! These songs are not commercially available, and most likely never will be.

Actually, "Nearly Missed" was on the original Sesame Street record, but that's long OOP, and the other 2 were never on a record.

I'm not sure, but I think the people who are getting in the most trouble are the people who are in some way making a profit off of downloads - thus, taking money from SS. I'm not exactly sure about the legality of filesharing.
