Does anyone know the year or specific date "Down at Fraggle Rock" aired and on what network?

The programme aired some time in 1987; that's all I've been able to find out.

It first aired on HBO on July 13, 1987. Original runtime was 49 minutes.

Yes, Fraggle Rock premiered on HBO on January 10, 1983. But the behind-the-scenes special called "Down at Fraggle Rock" first aired on July 13, 1987.
