Curable doesn't mean cured. It means that he can be cured. He's not out of the woods yet, but he's getting there, which is good news indeed. But he still has chemo and radiation therapy to go, and those are no walk in the park.

As one who doesn't get on FB that frequently these days, I want to thank you for posting this news from Michael. While like others here have said, it's not that he's totally out of the woods, but it's a vast improvement, and I'm very glad to hear it. I was honored to be one of Michael's puppetry students, and hope to do so again one day.
