Don Music

Remember Don MUsic? He would usually be with Kermit and he would sing a common kids song such as Row Your Boat, and he would not figure out the conclusion and he would bang his head on the piano. Kermit would try to help him out and Don would get mad because the verse won't make any sense, and the song would be totally different. What I would like to know who did his voice??
