Don Music and the Three Stooges

I just noticed a similarity:

Don Music was dropped from SS because of complaints about kids imitating his head banging.

Kids imitated the Three Stooges' stunts at home and the network got complaints about it.

Anyone notice this?

i think over the years shows like SS have been held to higher standards. that's my best guess.
