Does anyone remember this thing on PBS?

I remember this one show very vaguely......it was between programs on PBS and it was I think it was called The Land of Vowels and they were blue and green and pink and looked like foam letters and there was a mayor vowel and they'd get together to make words or something? I think it was called Land of Letter People but I'm not sure.
If you know about this Land of Vowels thing, please reply!

The show is called The Letter People and it features puppets who were funny looking and each wore a letter necklace. And each character had weird features.

Mr. T had very Tall Teeth.
Mr. N has a long Noisy Nose.
Mr. B was covered with Beautiful Buttons.
Mr. C was covered with Cotton Candy.
Mr. V had a Violet Velvet Vest.
Mr. S was a superhero who owned Super Socks


There was no letter mayor and all the vowels were girls and all the boys were consonants.

i remember the letter people. that's something i would love to see again. you can find a lot of records and teaching aids wiht them at flea markets.i watched it in pre-k and it rocked.
