Does anyone recognize this Sesame Street set I found?

Hello everyone!

I used to lurk this forum when I was younger and heavily into the Muppets and Sesame Street growing up. Recently I've been organizing, selling, or donating toys at my parent's house that we just don't need. I found a Sesame Street set by TYCO. It's the 123 Sesame Street apartment building and Hooper's Store. Muppet Wiki doesn't have this listed anywhere. It also is not on eBay or other sites. Google Image searches also brought up nothing. Before I consider selling this set, I was curious if anyone has any information on it? If any characters or furniture went with it? When it came out? Etc. Any help would be appreciated. The photos are attached on a Reddit link. Thanks!
