I remember this video from being a kid in school. It's these two kids who are having a lot of fun with their favorite coloring book, and a woman pops up who's the hero of it. She's in black-and-white, but used to wear a lot of different colors. She takes them to the Coloring Book World and has them been invisible, because her friends all like only ONE color. The only one that they're visible for is the purple lady who's not prejudiced, and sooner or later I think the black-and-white wearing lady gets into some trouble and the kids help her out and restore the colors of her outfit and help all the people to get along in spite of what they were. It sounds corny, but I'm sure it's real. I just don't know the title.

That'd be Wee Sing in Sillyville, I remember that from when I was little as well. You can find it on YouTube.
