Mildredd Huxtetter rocks! She's the first non essential figure I think of when visualizing unique looking muppet characters. She could make a great-looking figure. I agree she is an essential part of the original 70's vibe of the Muppets.

That is weird. Only one main Muppet GIrl. Piggy. I know Janice is too us but the normal people wont say Janice. They proboly don't know her name.
