Do Fraggles have a school?

I think they have school, but it has class on how to play games and have fun. Writing might be taught as a way to make things more fun by understanding it, so it doesn't feel like work. In my fraggle world I am of the pov Red was awful at reading and writing, and made up to the teacher by being doubley good at the games they were taught...
