I have one of those Iago puppets from the Disney Store. Want me to take some reference pics for you? I'm not willing to part with it, though. Plus, it's very hard to manipulate (the mouth is made of hard rubber and barely moves).

Yeah I was going to buy a puppet from you and then chose not to. I dont believe there was any harm done. I am a builder myself and am looking to build a puppet as such.
