There's a rumor floatin' around saying the show will return November 16th. I can't seem to find an official source for this, so I wouldn't get excited yet...

Disney owns the rights to BITBBH. The show does not look or feel dated in the least. No reason why Disney wouldn't want to air the series in full.

The whole BITBBH thing seems interesting for now...it seems that the internet is buzzing that November 16th it will return, yet no sign of it on the Disney Junior schedule.

That would be a sweet sweet victory for all of us Bear fans if the reruns return to cable.
Even if there will never be another new Bear anything, a new generation of kids need this.

It's not Bear, but it looks like Pajanimals will be making appearances on Disney Junior now.
