Did Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem release a solo album?

An album of the Electric Mayhem was never released. However, according to a chat we had with Jerry Nelson years ago, he said that they did record a Mayhem album at one point in time. However, the master audio was reportedly stolen and never re-recorded. It's hard to believe such a thing happened but Jerry talked about it himself.
