I tried looking for it on the Netflix app for 3DS but it didn't show up. Did it get taken off because it's going to the Henson TV channel on Youtube?

Nope I just checked ant it is still on Netflix. Some of the Netflix apps are different like on some you will be able to get some shows but not all they have to offer. Hope that helps.

Netflix changes their lineups on different countries all the time. It's possible it was removed from your country's Netflix selection.
