Did Arms Length Productions Puppets shut down?

I was just wondering, has Dave Pannabecker, the creator of Arms Length Productions, shut down his website or is it just under construction?
I tried accessing the website but after like a million times, it didn't work.

Could anyone help me?
Is there any other way to buy those puppets?
