Dick Tracy (1990) 30th Anniversary Edition VHS, DVD and BluRay Combo

What if Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment were to issue a brand-new Disney DVD, Disney Blu-Ray and Disney VHS Combo of the hit 1990 Touchstone Pictures film "Dick Tracy," starring Warren Beatty?

This, in my opinion, would be the result, with a tentative release date of June 16, 1990, just in time for the film's 30th Anniversary.
