When TV 3 in NZ (owned by CanWest) aired the series in 1992, they made a large number of cuts to every episode. The following is a list of the cuts that were made, based on the info from the episode guides on this site. For the moment, I can only give you the cuts made to the first two seasons 'cause they're the only ones available on this site. 
As future seasons are posted, then I'll be updating this thread.
NB: (?) - this symbol indicates that I think there was a cut made; it's been a while since TV 3 last aired their copies of The Muppet Show so forgive my memory if you will.
Season One:
Juliet Prowse - First half of Kermit's welcome speech cut (cut ends "And as if that weren't enough..."), At the Dance cut out, UK Spot cut out.
Connie Stevens - At the Dance cut out, UK Spot cut out, Talk Spot cut out.
Joel Grey - First half of Kermit's welcome speech cut (cut ends "But first up on the old Muppet Show..." or whatever the line is), both Newsman skits cut(?)
Ruth Buzzi - Kermit's welcome speech cut (cut ends with Floyd singing), News Flash cut(?), Balcony scene after Talk Spot cut, Intro and Fozzie's Comedy Spot cut(?), The Interrogation cut, Conversation Panel cut.
Rita Moreno - First backstage scene, Vet's Hospital, Second Backstage scene and part of Muppet News cut (cut ends with Newsman tripping over chair), UK Skit cut
Jim Nabors - First backstage scene cut, At the Dance cut, UK Spot cut.
Florence Henderson - First backstage scene cut, At the Dance cut, UK Spot cut.
Paul Williams - First backstage scene cut, UK Sketch and Balcony scene cut, last part of Paul's final number cut (cut is made seconds before fade to black).
Charles Aznavour - Fozzie checking the house cut, Dressing Room scene cut(?), At the Dance cut(?), UK Skit cut.
Harvey Korman - Intro and Balcony scene cut (cut ends as Dr Teeth begins singing), Backstage scene after Conversation Panel cut, Backstage scene cut, UK Sketch cut, Vet's Hospital cut(?)
Lena Horne - Newsflash cut, At the Dance cut, UK Skit cut, Final number cut (the cut is made when they start singing the La-La-La-La-La bridge).
Peter Ustinov - Intro(?), Opening Number and Balcony Scene(?) cut, second Backstage scene cut, At the Dance cut, UK Skit cut, Third Backstage scene cut(?)
Bruce Forsyth - Second Balcony scene cut(?), At the Dance cut(?), UK Spot cut, Talk Spot cut(?)
Sandy Duncan - At the Dance cut(?), Sandy's sketch cut.
Candice Bergen - First half of intro cut (cut ends with Miss Piggy reminding Kermit that she could start the show), Intro, Candice's Musical Number cut and Second Backstage scene cut.
Avery Schreiber - Second Balcony scene cut(?), Muppet Labs cut, Second Backstage scene cut, UK Spot cut, Vet's Hospital cut(?), Muppet News cut.
Ben Vereen - Intro cut, Newsman cut, At the Dance cut, UK Spot cut.
Phyllis Diller - Second backstage scene cut(?), Newsflash cut, At the Dance cut, UK skit cut, Muppet Labs cut, Pocket camera scene cut(?)
Vincent Price - At the Dance cut(?), UK Skit cut.
Valerie Harper - First part of Backstage scene cut (cut ends with Kermit returning from onstage to talk to Valerie), Newsflash cut(?), At the Dance cut(?), Floyd's number cut(?).
Twiggy - At the Dance cut, UK Skit cut.
Ethel Merman - UK skit cut, Shadow Puppetry - incl. intro and balcony scene - cut(?), Backstage scene cut(?) - If memory serves me rightly the cut ends with Kermit introducing Piggy to Irving Bizarre.
Kaye Ballard - Intro, Opening Number, First Balcony Scene, First backstage Scene and Kermit's intro for Kaye's opening number cut.
Mummenschanz - Kermit's intro, Opening Number and First Balcony scene cut (the cut is made after Kermit informs the audience who the guest stars are. The next scene is the first Backstage scene), UK Skit and subsequent Balcony Scene cut.
