What did you use to make the eye mech plate? Is that Cintra? Styrene?

What did you use to make the eye mech plate? Is that Cintra? Styrene?

The skull and the eyelids are vacuum-formed styrene. First, the inside of the foam head was cast in plastic. Then that cast was used as a positive mold for the vacuum forming. This made it possible to create a plastic skull that fit perfectly inside the foam puppet head.

I was just curious, how did you make that eye effects?

That one you'll have to figure out on your own. But I can tell you that it's really not too difficult to find.
