That's INSANE! I had all those as a kid, the ones not shown too, but those aren't even on card! I am proud to say that I have the Kermit on card, but I know for a fact he's only worth $7. Who's got 10 G's for that? That guy must be nuts.

I got a MIP 4-Pack for $9.99 earlier this year, so yeah, insan-o!

I like how there's "a lot of sentimental value" but he doesn't know their names!! "The Fonze"???? A Happy Days crossover character!! And he doesn't know Rowlf's name either....but they're really special to him!!

What is 10,000 in Australian cashish worth in USD? If you ask me, this is a perfectly reasonable price. Look at the scratches and scuffs on Rowlf (aka What's-his-name) and Fozzie ("Heyyyyy!"). Those imperfections obviously constitute an increase in value. Also, sentimental value is worth an awful lot, especially when it comes to Muppets whose names you don't know. I wish that seller all the luck in the world and I hope he gets rich off those figures. The person who buys them will be extremely lucky to acquire such precious treasures.

I'm thinking of bidding myself, I knew it was a bargain straight away!

We've been discussing these items on another forum since it was listed and it just seems crazy, they would have been a bit to list at that price too.

In USD it works out about $7,855 still a bargain at that!

Has anybody asked this guy about it? It seems to me he musta made a really bad mistake, like maybe he meant to start them at $10 or something. If he did it as a joke, the jokes on him, as listing fees will be upwards of $100 right? Not sure about the percentage, but he'll definitely be screwed.

Ding-dong.

Yes?

Wake-up!

This ebay item has attracted some comments to the seller which I found rather amusing. He really did think he might get that much money for them! it was no mistake!
