I'm all about sneak, Luke, its all good. I just hate to lose money needlessly.

And frogboy, I appreciate your tutorial but I have been a seller myself since 1997 so I think I know the ropes by now! The most I would have left is neutral feedback because 75% of the sale was fine, u understand?

Either way, all i want in life is to get a new darn figure from a store so I don't have to pay shipping. You would not think this would be so hard!

I don't understand why you'd make a big issue out of it here if you didn't make enough of an issue with the seller. That portion wasn't mint and the seller should have known that by looking at the other boxes. It's either right or wrong, but I guess you were trying to be nice to them

yeah i agree with the Frogboy - if they claimed 'compltely mint' then it wasn't - so the sale wasn't fine - they lied in their description. I would email them asking for a refund or replacement - if not i'd neg em !

OK, I appreciate your advise, dearies, but let's recap so you all remember what the problem is:

-I got all four muppet figures from one seller, in one auction.
-I left a feedback already, you can only leave one per sale.
-The ebay part of the sale is done, all I need to know is where is an actual store where I can buy a new figure.
-I started a thread about it because I wanted to make sure they actually came with nameplates in the first place. (Now I see that they definately do)

 I know it gets hard to follow the flow of the conversation, but I think you guys are commenting on stuff other people said, not what I am actually talking about.

I appreciate the help, though, but all I need to know is where is an actual store where I can buy one.

Yup, it is hard to follow the flow of conversation isn't it deary - we already said Amazon.com, Toys R Us - Suncoast and Electronics Boutique are possibles too. If they don't have them then there's little more we can do to help you out unfortunately.

Whenever you use Ebay to buy action figures, make sure the picture you see is the actual figs you are getting, and compare them against Palisades site packaging pics i guess.

I was following the conversation perfectly. Just thought you were complaining to the wrong people about something that was already clear. Why would only Harry be missing his nameplate? There were pics of his box everywhere -and on Ebay. If you have an issue, it's best to go directly to the source. Just seemed you were making things harder than the had to be. That's all. A complete list of retailers can be found on Palisades' website. Hope this helped. You asked and we tried.
