I know it recently aired on Noggin. I believe it was season 29 or 30.

That doesn't help me at all. I don't get Noggin. I just have a bunch of Unpaved episodes I've gotten through trades.

What I'm trying to figure out is who designed that toon. I'm thinking it was either Murakami/Wolf/Swenson (The Point), or illustrator Jared Lee.

I believe I read that it was aired on an Unpaved episode. I don't know which one though.
