Rowlf is a DJ for a Country Music request call in show. Either by phone or in person various animals, (It's set at a farm that is being rented by Rowlf), come in and request various songs and Rowlf puts the corresponding tape into his VCR. The most recurring requester is this dog voiced by I think Richard Hunt who comes in and asks for songs that can fit into a phrase, such as "Life Get's Tedious, Don't It?" and 'Does Your Chewing Gum Lose It's Flavor On The Bedpost Overnight?".
