Cookie Monster "replica"

He's not really a "replica" but here he is.

He was built out of spare stuff around the house. A coworker's son has Down syndrome, and he really responds to Cookie Monster. His birthday was a few weeks ago so I whipped up this guy to be the star of the party (which he was).

Not "screen accurate" or anything but whadaya think?

Nice job! What did you use for fur and eyes?

I used styrofoam balls (the kind with a smooth finish) for the eyes and some of that thin "sticky foam" stuff for the pupils.

The fur is some blue stuff I bought when a local JoAnne's was closing down several years ago. I have a ton of the stuff left and was always intending on building a Cookie Monster.
