That is what I initially thought, but It's hard to make out.

I'm pretty sure it was David... at times Cookie kind of sounded like Baby Bear. But I guess I could be wrong.

Cookie Monster recently showed up on the Colbert Report for a hilarious discussion on how cookies are "no longer the number one snack for children under six." According to Stephen: "fruit is un-American."
