Cookie monster fabric for under 23 a yard?

Does anyone know of a place that sells it for less than 23 dollars a yard? I need about 4 yards.

Walmart currently is selling some furry throws that are 60 X 48, and one of the colors is teal. They are 100% polyester but some royal blue rit dye will color them just enough to make it look perfect. They are $16.00 each

The Blues you two are looking at is too dark.

Heres the [[ Cookie Monster ]] i made, with fabric which is rare to find at Jo Anns. I've been told before its out of stock for 3 years, but seldomly i come by it.

I made mine with a similar fabric as Cookie up there. I got it from a JoAnne's that was closing. I paid 3 bucks and I got probably fifteen yards of the stuff.
