The sketch "Cookie Monster eats rocks" sketch was shown on December 9, 1983. Episode 1850, to be exact.

I also discovered on Muppet Wiki that the sketch was also shown in the 1990s. It was in Season 21, on Episode 2737. It was never seen again after that.

The segment was shown a total of eight times since first airing in 1971, and it appears that the segment had only one airing in each of the 1980s and 1990s.
