Like I said, I can't open Norton so I would be incapable of doing that. If I didn't have dialup I would download a better virus software...

I have enough hard disk space.

Turns out I don't need computer help anymore... guess who got a brand new laptop for Christmas? *squeals* :big_grin: I think I'm the happiest person alive...
