Anybody notice that sometimes when your watching something one of that actors will do something that reminds you of the muppets? I was watching Murphy Brown and Jim Dial reminds me of Sam "The American Eage" Murphy reminded me of Red Fraggle, just the stuff she does. Any one else notice these kinds of things in other shows?

This may sound kind of weird, but all my life, I always liked to compare Muppets to Hanna-Barbera characters. Since I love both those character groups a lot.

Kermit...Yogi Bear
Robin.....Boo Boo
Miss. Piggy...Cindy Bear
Fozzie....Snagglepuss
Gonzo.....Huckleberry Hound
Sam.......Jabberjaw
Animal....Mr. Jinks
Link.......Quick Draw McGraw
Bunsen....Snooper
Beaker.....Blabber
Beauregard...Wally Gator
Scooter.......Augie Doggie
Rowlf.........Doggie Daddy
Digit......Dynomutt
Rizzo.....Hokey Wolf
Pepe.....Mildew Wolf
Annie Sue....Penelope Pitstop
Bean Bunny....Sneezly Seal
Yakky Doodle....A penguin
Sweetums.....Magilla Gorilla
Thog.........Grape Ape
Electric Mayhem....Cattanooga Cats
Waldorf and Statler....Dick Dastardly and Muttley.
Swedish Chef......Scooby Doo. (Since they both like cooking and talk funny.)

Here are some comparrisons I've made between the Muppets and WKRP in Cinncinatti:

Andy: Kermit the Frog
Mr. Carlson: J.P. Gross
Jennifer: Miss Piggy (or Spamela Hamderson)
Les Nesman: Pops
Dr. Johnny Fever: Floyd Pepper (or possibly Zoot, with his constant sleeping)
Venus Flytrap: Rowlf (or Dr. Teeth)
Herb Tarleck: Pepe
Bailey: Janice
