Several years ago, it was announced that a special book chronicling the history and development of Fraggle Rock was to be released. Sadly however for reasons unknown, the publication was cancelled. Now several years later, it looks like our prayers have been answered. Here is all the information so far.

This will no doubt be a Christmas thing for me; I have no interest in the "ultimate visual histories" for Lab. and Dark Crystal, so this is more up my alley.

The original release was going to be 160 pages, apparently, while Amazon says this is 192 (same as the other Henson books of late). That sounds good.

The more pages the better

Really? It's not supposed to come out for two weeks-ish.

That’s what I thought when I ordered it on September 29th. I ordered it from Book Passage, an independent store in my area. Next thing I knew, I got a call yesterday afternoon saying it had arrived!

Thanks. I don’t know whether it was because it was an independent store.

I'm anxious to see reviews for this on places like Toughpigs.com. I'll be adding this to my Christmas list.
