I agree! ABC can go, but ESPN is raking in some cash, so keep it!

ok, personally I think Disney is already slipping. Eisner is no longer CEO, thank goodness, but the guy taking his place agrees with Eisner's Vision.
Eisner's Plan.

He is slowly doing away with traditional animation and going completely computerized.
He wants to go into the Disney classics, like Dumbo, and and CGI affects.
The relationship with Pixar is severed

Comcast wants to

Restore the use of traditional animation
Restore Disney movies to the G rating
Restore the relationship with Pixar
Oust Eisner completely
