I'm Glad you were able to get your money back, i don't know what the heck the problem is with DVD's, there seem to be so many, if it's a dvd, it shouldn't just be a VHS on a disk,

these are rule's that i think should apply on all DVD's

Full/Wide screen
changeable languages

then any SF there are but atleast the first three should be the point of the DVD.
