That's fine. But the only thing I learned from my last employer was I can work hard, come in on time, never call off, and put in the effort but they're still going to pay someone a year later more money even though they were just hired and are less experienced. They truly could have cared less about me honestly.

It's the same reason jobs are being outsourced. People here may be willing to do the job, but its apparently cheaper to hire foreign labor, despite all the cash it would take to get them over & to have them be supported.

It basically retold what was said at the beginning: College is no longer the free passport it once was.
