The Wiki has all the info on what's there.

Most of what was cut was anything with Joe Raposo music (for some reason), maybe certain celebrity stuff and segments from certain artists / animators (not sure what that's about, maybe they're contract for use expired).

And it's reasons like this I just bother to stick with fan copies of episodes if they manage to surface.

Cause when it comes to syndicated releases or commercial releases, there's always going to unfortunately be a couple skits missing.
