This has nothing to do with the TV series, but rather a real street with the same name.

Do you know of any real cities that have a Sesame Street?

I did learn just now, that in Toronto, Ontario, there is a real street called Sesame Street.

There is a street called Sesame Street in:
Wakefield, MA
Tewksbury, MA
Dracut, MA
Billerica, MA
Bensenville, IL
Westerly, RI
I looked up the answer to your question on Google Maps.

I distinctly remember looking up a Sesame Street episode on a trip to Disney World with the search “# Sesame Street” and found an actual street named Sesame Street on Google Maps in Florida.

Where in Florida? I don’t remember.

In Florida, there are at least four:

Middleburg
Opa-locka
North Fort
Hudson

Back to Canada, there are three in Nova Scotia:

Kentville
Micmac
Church Point

It makes me wonder if those real Sesame Streets existed before the iconic children's show debuted in 1969?

They may have existed before the franchise debuted in 1969 but under a different name and later renamed Sesame Street. Here's an example I know of a street that underwent a name change: I have read on the Internet that a street in Hamilton, Ohio, that used to be Alsace Avenue was renamed Ray Combs Avenue for the late host of Family Feud who was originally from Hamilton, Ohio. Apparently the street existed before his death.

After a very long road trip involving a broken GPS and Fozzie trying to pay a toll with a rubber chicken, I’ve discovered the truth: there isn't just one Sesame Street—there are 175 of them in the U.S. alone! While New York City finally made it official at 63rd and Broadway (the only place where a giant bird can block traffic and people just yell, "Move it, yellow!")
