As some of you know, I have been developing a concept for a children's TV show. The inspiration for Metro-Burbs stems from many places, including the work of Jim Henson. I see a hole in today’s programming for kids. We haven’t figured out a way to evolve from the Mr. Rogers and Sesame Street shows. What is there for our children as they grow out of those shows? Metro-Burbs is an innovative concept that will utilize stop-motion, puppetry and human interaction to tell the stories about the residents and visitors of this special place.
I’ll share developments about it here (if interested), and on my blog. Comments, thoughts and feedback are always welcome on the comments section of the blog – love to hear that there are folks out there. I’ll share as much as I can about the show on the blog, but some things I have to protect myself over and can’t put up there.
I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for reading.
