How often have you seen The Count and Oscar together? I can only think of two times, and the second one I'm not so sure of.
The first occasion was when Oscar was trying one of many tactics to get people to "leave him alone" or otherwise stay away from his can. On this episode Oscar claimed to have a disease: the "duck pox". Similar to the chicken pox but more contagious. It was actually just cut-out circles of construction paper glued all over his fur. But then The Count showed up at Oscar's can, complete with the 3-note music lead-in. When Oscar warned him about the duck pox, Count just sat there waiting to catch it, so he could count the pox on his body. Count mentioned that when he had the chicken pox they were too tiny to count. In frustration, Oscar ripped the duck pox off his body and threw them on the ground, whereupon The Count counted them.
The second occasion was a nighttime blackout episode. I believe it began with the famous E+B sketch where Ernie ends up telephoning an angered Oscar, though I'm not sure. (The show began with the camera panning down the street, then hearing some muffled bickering as we fade into E+B's place)
Toward the end of this episode, Oscar wanted to read, so he attached an electrical generator to the 123 door, which was wired to his light. Opening the door turned the generator, so he had to bother the adults who lived there, again and again, to get light with which to read. Then at the very end of the episode, against the first closing harmonica strains, someone had modified Oscar's generator with a weight or a rock that moved up and down (this just was; no explanation was given IIRC), running the generator and hence getting light, intermittently. The Count was there, counting the illuminations, though I'm not sure if Oscar was still present at this point.
