does anyone know the name of the muppet that plays the beggar lookiung character in MCC? he appears on a roof at the start. he is also a pirate in muppets treausre island. he has purple hair, a long chin and a long nose.

please help!!!!!

he doesnt have a name.
He is just a random extra character,Like most of the other muppet pirates.
