I've been having this problem with my computer and I wondered if anyone could give me advice.

I tried to upload a file onto my website and some fanfic websites I submit stories regularly to. But everytime I try to hit the Browse buttons, nothing will come up. So I can't upload anything to any site. I wonder what could be the problem?

Could you be a little more specific about the sites you're uploading things to?

For the most part, all I can say is this - if you're using Comcast for internet service, be advised they DON'T have the reliable connection they claim they do.

Well, there's my own website, along with fanfiction.net and even when I try to send a file to someone during e-mail.

Oh yes, just now I tried unplugging my computer and plugging it back in again letting my computer reboot. That seemed to do the trick. So I can upload things again.
