Cannot watch Arthur videos

So for some reason, I can no longer watch Arthur videos on my computer anymore. I have tried both Firefox and Opera with no success, but both browsers did not work.

Instead, I get this.

Oops! This video could not be played. Try the next one. If you are on a desktop browser, you may need to install Adobe Flash.

I installed Adobe Flash and tried again. Didn't work. I tried other videos. Also did not work.

Why can I watch Arthur on Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, but not Opera and Firefox?
