Okay....

Byron, our fearsome leader, has got kinda tickeyfied that we've not gone more into his Fan Club deal, here.

So, we're going to hold a contest.

"ODE TO BYRON" in which the winner will receive an imaginary Byron Bust created by Sideimaginary Show Products.

Simply post your "ODE" (or 'Owed') to Byron here in this thread.

Good luck.

(Sorry.)

Holy cow there's a lot of posts to this. Congrats Byron. I imagine if there was a "Cory Fan Club" thread it would mostly be nasty low blows from my usual suspects of detractors.

*Proudly hated on MC for 4 years strong* ^_^

Cory, you should be happy for that strong of a sentiment about you either way---I mean, if you can have that much supposed virulence directed at you for FOUR YEARS.....

WOW!

My hat's off to you.

But then my hair's messy.

Hat Hair.

Quinnnnnnnnnnnnnn

BTW, I recently (like, yesterday) have more reason than ever to love Byron, so I'm working on a composition of some kind in his honor. Or compost. Or something.

Well it wasnt my intention. People gave me a bad name on chat and posts in the late 90's, but that's old news(actually the 90's in general I dont wanna talk about) However you'll never see people who have met me IRL talk bad about me; as they know what a sweetie i am IRL^_^ People who say bad things about me are just bitter in their own shortcomings. Anyways, back to the clique chatter at hand...

*who has a small legion of people who admire my huggability, humour, and talents*

My Ode To Byron

Here's my Ode To Byron:

Ode to Byron

A heart of gold
Hidden under a monstrous
Exterior more befitting a Sasquatch…

Tall and lanky,
Frequently skanky
In his thoughts…

This giant has love enough
For Janice, Mokey, Briar Rose
And his friends and family…

He never lets them down
Never lets them see him frown
As he lifts their spirits

With his words
His songs
His Byron-ness

The first time I read it here, for some reason I thought it was a fruit or something! Then my brain came back online and memory returned...
