Build A Muppet: The Game

First, we’ll need artists to participate in the game.

This game is kind of like an “FAO Muppet Workshop” sort of thing. Each individual poster has an opportunity to post ONE descriptive element for the new Muppet character. The participating artist(s) will keep track of the descriptions and when they have enough design elements the artist will post MUPPET COMPLETED.

Then, after the art has been posted on the ‘net and a link to it, we can begin the descriptions for a new character. The game will require not only the artist(s) but also a LOT of players to keep the descriptions new and different.

For example, poster A might list “The Muppet has floppy ears.” Poster B might post “This is a girl Muppet” and C might list “It is a Green Muppet," and so on. Keep in mind, we want to create something new that looks in the integrity of actual Muppets.

Heck, some of the site’s puppet builders might even make a puppet like the drawing! That’d be fun to see. Keep in mind, nobody owns the characters created since it is a collaborative effort; but, maybe we can get some MC Comic Strips with these characters from someone?

So, who are our artists and what are the descriptions?

UPDATE: The Muppet will be what is designed by the posters. An AM, Monster, Bird--it will be determined by the descriptions.

Are these all going to be AM muppets or should we start by naming the Muppet? (or maybe that will come at the end after we determine what it's going to look like?):busy::cool::wisdom:

Ahem... Seems Fozzie forgot one little detail in his rules. Because this game was suggested by fellow forum member RedFraggle, I think it only fair that she should have the chance to start the first Muppet created in this game. If you spot her online, please let her know about this in a polite manner. Also, please direct any questions you may have about the game in general to her.

Thanks for understanding (or oversitting) and have fun.

Sorry Gonzoleaper and Muppets2... but I think the rules state you can only post one descriptive element.... so pick your favourite one?
