Let's all appreciate Bobby Benson and his baby band.

I think Bobby Benson is a cool-looking character. it's too bad we never got an action figure of him, but then how would the babies have been pack-ins? Would we only get one or two (they weren't all identical)? Would it need to be an exclusive-type deal (and i don't think Bobby Benson is popular enough to be an exclusive)? Would there have needed to be an entire series where each figure came with two babies, and Bobby Benson would have been included in that series?

Finally, does anybody else think that Bill Barretta could perform him? In the few scenes that I've heard him talk in, I thought he kind of sounded like Johnny Fiama a little bit.

I'm not really too familiar with the character of Bobby Benson but I thought I remember seeing him in Muppet Christmas Carol. Can anyone verify?

Yes, Bobby Benson appeared in MCC. He was in a marching band uniform, conducting the baby band before The Ghost of Christmas Present started singing It Feels Like Christmas, and he also appeared at the very end of the movie.

I think they're freaky. Ken Lilly said if they wouldn't make figures of them, because if they did he would have nightmares about the demon babies.

I love the Victor Borge episode where he gets arrested... I always got a kick outta him saying "I know, I know!" and "That's my babies!"

In this episode, he gets arrested, but we don't know why. But Miss Piggy is left in charge of the babies. She's a mean mommy, but portrays herself in front of Kermit as if she'd be a good mother some day. Then, later on in the episode, she accidently knocks over one of the babies from upstairs, and Kermit catches him. The baby says, "Piggy mommy, Kermie daddy." Also, one baby is in the balcony (I think this is the same episode) and is Statler's grandson

Waldorf: Well, I can see the resemblance...
Baby: Yeah, but I won't be bald and toofless fowever!"
