Does anyone remember this story from the late 70's?

Big Bird walks by the Fix it Shop and he finds a brown wooden chair. But the chair only had 3 legs. Big Bird wondered how he could fix it. Then Simon Soundman comes along and offers Big Bird some tips. But Simon spoke in his usual sound making language like hammering and sawing and it confused Big Bird.

Later, Biff came along and told Big Bird the basic tools and instructions he needed. But Biff mentioned a bunch of complicated tools with funny names that it confused Big Bird even more.

Then Herry came along and told Big Bird he can rip out a skinny tree from the ground and chew it up with his beak creating a new leg for the chair. Big Bird didn't like the idea of hurting a tree like that since it's a home for birds.

Finally, Maria came and showed Big Bird what to do. She took some wood and carved it into a leg that was the right size for the chair, glued it in, and painted it brown to match the brown color of the chair. Big Bird became happy that the chair now had 4 legs.
