Big Bird goes to the hospital

All I can remember of this episode plot was our fine feathered friend meeting "Sarah," whose arm was in a cast. Is this familiar with anyone, and if so what year was it broadcast.

The only reference to Big Bird at a hospital that I know of was the 1990 video release called "Sesame Street Goes to the Hospital" or something along those lines. I don't remember if there was a Sarah in it. Of course, you could be talking about something entirely different, because I wouldn't know of any pre-1989 episodes unless I received them in trade or were on Unpaved, which this one certainly was not.
