Betsy Bird Appreciation Thread

Yes, you read correctly. This is the appreciation thread for Betsy Bird-- our feminine feathered friend whose time on The Muppet Show was all too brief. She was a pretty awesome character, though, with some amazing high kicks to prove it.

So what do you love to remember and remember loving about dear old Betsy?

You know, I've never seen her one musical number, or the 1920s tribute sketch (where she supposedly appears). I've never heard her voice. I have nothing to say about her. Fletcher Bird is much better.

It's a shame that she didn't at least return for background appearances, such as in the 30th anniversary special.
